Downloading the app, registration and maintaining a user account on Mooveez are all for free. We offer a FREE TRIAL WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENTS in order for you to access all the study materials and try out the app. To continue studying with the app after, you will need to activate a paid subscription. You will find details on the length of the free trial period and the current cost of subscriptions in the Mooveez app. You will also find details there on all our latest special offers and deals.
Can I try out a subscription?
You can try out Mooveez and all the available study materials FOR FREE AND WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENTS. Without needing to enter your payment details and without any auto renewals. Details on the length of the free trial period are in the app.
How does the free trial subscription work?
After you install the app you’ll need to register an account. The first time you switch on Mooveez, an app wizard will appear and show you how to use the app. In order to try out all the features of the app, you need to activate free trial access to the study materials. This trial is FREE AND WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENTS. You do not need to enter any payment details to activate the trial access. This means you cannot be charged anything at the end of the free trial. This is yet another feature which separates Mooveez from the vast majority of apps available on Google Play and the App Store!
How can I purchase a subscription?
You can purchase a subscription direct in the Mooveez app, in the Settings menu. Subscriptions are facilitated through the Google Play store on Android devices and through the App Store on Apple iOS devices. Payment methods, use, administration and cancellation of subscriptions are therefore all governed by the terms and conditions of these portals. Do I have to renew my subscription when it is about to end?
No, you don’t need to. Subscriptions will renew automatically until you cancel them.
How can I cancel subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store (on iOS platforms) can only be cancelled by the end user.
Direct in their device under: Settings > [your name] > iTunes and App Store > Apple id/ID: [your Apple ID] > Show Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play (on Android platforms) can only be cancelled by the end user or by Mooveez Support.
The user on their device goes to: Play Store > menu in the top left corner of the screen > Subscription.
Request for help with cancelling a subscription have to be sent to from the email address which the Mooveez subscription account is registered with and which you have made the request about.

How can I purchase just selected movies / or titles for study one of languages Mooveez offer?
We offer a complete package with all study materials. It is not possible to purchase individual study materials separately.
