Q: What does the Mooveez app offer?

A: It's a language learning app that helps you learn a new language or improve in a language you're already learning. Learning with Mooveez is very effective as it uses the principle of natural learning based on 4 basic elements: listening, understanding, imitation and speaking.

Q: What languages can I learn with Mooveez?

A: There are 8 languages on offer - Czech, English, German, Spanish, Polish, French, Italian and Russian.

Q: What do the lessons in Mooveez look like?

A: The Mooveez app contains unique short films that are created specifically for language learning. The materials are from everyday life situations such as dating, travelling, going to the doctor or having lunch in a restaurant. The app offers a series of interactive lessons to practice listening, comprehension, imitation and speaking.

Q: What language levels is the app suitable for?

A: The app is suitable for all language levels. It is mostly aimed at beginners and intermediate learners.

Q: Is the app free or paid?

A: You can either have the FREE version of the app for free, or you can subscribe to the PREMIUM version, which gives you access to all the courses and languages. With the PREMIUM version you will not see ads and you will have the following features available: grammar button for English and German, audio slowdown and individual speech recognition settings.
Fees are automatically charged via your app store (Google Play and App Store).

Q: Where is the app developed?

A: The app is developed in the Czech Republic.

Q: What should I do in case of a technical problem or any other questions?

A: Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the Mooveez app. If the problem persists after updating to the latest version, please contact our support team at info@mooveez.com. We will try to help you as soon as possible. If you have any other questions, please write to the same email, we will be happy to answer you.

Q: Is my personal data safe?

A: Yes, the app takes data protection very seriously and uses secure encryption to protect your personal data.

Q: Speech recognition doesn't seem rigorous enough to me. Why is that so?

A: Speech recognition in the FREE version is set up to be fairly tolerant of pronunciation errors and friendly, especially for complete beginners. In practice, the way it works is that as long as you say at least 60% of the sentence correctly, the recognizer is fine with that. For PREMIUM version, you can individually set the tolerance of the speech recogniser.

Q: Can I use Mooveez on my computer or laptop?

A: The Mooveez app is a mobile app designed for smartphones and tablets. It only works on Android and iOS operating systems. Therefore, the Mooveez app cannot be downloaded to a computer or laptop.

Q: Can I use the app offline?

A: The Mooveez app can only be used online, so a stable internet connection is required.

Q: Can I use the app on multiple devices?

A: Yes, you can use the app on up to three devices. If you exceed the number of devices, you will be prompted to uninstall the app from one of your existing devices to use the app on a new device.
